• Hours: Mon–Sat: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Sun: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Note: XO Hair Vault operates independently within Kroger. Store staff cannot assist with kiosk transactions or support. For all assistance, contact our team directly below.

Kiosk & Vending Machine Support:

• Payment & Dispensing Claims: For payment issues or dispensing errors, submit a request below with your transaction date and approximate time.
• Verification: All kiosks are monitored with 24/7 camera surveillance and real-time transaction logs. Resolution is provided within 24 to 72 business hours.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

• All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted exclusively for unworn, untampered items with all original tags attached.
• In-person Support Window. Exchange processing requests are handled Tuesday and Thursday, and Saturday and Sunday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST.

Shipping & Dispatch:

• Standard Shipping ($5.99): 1–10 business days.
• Expedited Shipping ($9.99): Same-day processing on eligible orders.
• Tracking details are automatically sent via email/SMS once dispatched.
