SECTION 1 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY
By accessing xohairvault.com, submitting payment, and completing checkout, you legally bind yourself to these Terms of Service and represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account, billing, and shipping details. Packages delivered to mistyped or erroneous customer-submitted addresses are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
SECTION 2 - FINAL SALE & NO-REFUND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You expressly acknowledge and agree that all hair extensions, lace closures, frontals, tape-ins, and vault inventory sold by XO Hair Vault are FINAL SALE.XO Hair Vault does not offer cash, debit/credit card, or store credit refunds under any circumstances. No payment disputes or chargebacks will be accepted for buyer’s remorse, failure to review product specs prior to checkout, or carrier transit delays outside our direct control. Exchanges are strictly limited to the explicit criteria outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & RISK-SHIFTING FULFILLMENT
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. XO Hair Vault reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Payment must be processed and verified before an order is accepted.Address Liability: You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, verified shipping and billing address at checkout.Conclusive Delivery: Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to the shipping address provided at checkout, XO Hair Vault has completely fulfilled its delivery obligation. Carrier tracking designation of "Delivered" constitutes complete, legally binding proof of fulfillment. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery confirmation.
SECTION 4 - ANTI-CHARGEBACK & FRAUD DEFENSE POLICY
Filing an unauthorized, improper, or fraudulent payment dispute/chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer for delivered, non-defective, final-sale luxury merchandise constitutes a material breach of contract and legal fraud.In the event of any payment dispute or chargeback attempt, XO Hair Vault will submit binding merchant evidence to financial institutions, card networks, and law enforcement agencies—including but not limited to IP address logs, AVS/CVV match verification, verified shipping alignment, timestamped checkout acknowledgments, and carrier geolocated delivery scans. Fraudulent claimants will be permanently blacklisted from all future vault inventory drops and reported to credit bureaus.
SECTION 5 - PRICES, BILLING, & PAYMENT ACCURACY
Prices, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or transit insurance unless explicitly stated. You represent and warrant that all credit/debit card information provided is true, valid, and legally authorized for use.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All campaign photography, raw video assets, vault machine branding, custom copywriting, logos, digital content, graphics, and product designs are the exclusive intellectual property of XO Hair Vault (Elysian Vault Enterprises LLC) and protected by federal and state trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized commercial scraping, media lifting, duplication, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL & THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools, widgets, or portals over which we neither monitor nor have control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Use of any third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content or products available via our Service may include materials from third parties or links to third-party websites. XO Hair Vault is not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content or accuracy and assumes no liability for third-party materials or websites.SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFYXO Hair Vault is powered by Shopify, which hosts our ecommerce infrastructure. However, all sales and transactions are made directly with XO Hair Vault. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XO HAIR VAULT, ELYSIAN VAULT ENTERPRISES LLC, OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THEREFROM.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XO Hair Vault, Elysian Vault Enterprises LLC, and Shopify from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law, or your unauthorized filing of fraudulent payment disputes.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 20 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Any legal action, small claims suit, or judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to XO Hair Vault shall be filed exclusively in state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
