Tracking numbers are automatically dispatched via email as soon as your order fulfillment is processed and scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier website.

LOCAL DFW & VAULT DISPATCH
Local Dallas-Fort Worth orders or emergency courier alerts follow expedited local coordination.

RISK OF LOSS & CARRIER DELIVERY OBLIGATION
Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to the shipping address provided at checkout, XO Hair Vault has completely fulfilled its delivery obligation.

Conclusive Delivery: Carrier tracking designation of "Delivered" constitutes complete, legally binding proof of fulfillment. XO Hair Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for submitting an accurate, verified shipping and billing address at checkout. Packages delivered to mistyped or erroneous customer-submitted addresses are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
